Hippies Stag Gathering.

For those of you who remember the larger than life Hippy (Mark Evans) who worked behind the bar for several years, some years ago.

Well, whilst working at the pub he met a fair maiden, Michelle, a local teacher who would (and still does) lunch here regularly. Two children, a mortgage, 9–5 job and they are due to wed.

Any of you that remember Hippy and wish to join him for a beer to toast his last weekend of freedom is welcome to join him at the Halfway on the 21st May from 7pm.
